A Vainglory Guide To Adagio
Today we'll be taking a look at Adagio, an immortal seraphim descended from dragons.
Adagio is a mage (and a shit roamer) that can be monstrous in late game team fights if not focused. This hero requires great team coordination or this hero will fall off A LOT.
- A Ability: Gift of Fire
Adagio heals himself or ally, burning any enemy nearby the ally that's being healed. His heroic perk is when the enemies burn, Adagio gains back a small amount of energy, so you don't really need to get any energy source if you know how to manage your energy well. I recommend only using this ability when near an enemy or monster unless the ally is about to die. Upgrade this first as level one but overdrive it second.
- B Ability: Agent of Wrath
Adagio buffs himself or ally, deal bonus crystal damage on their basic attacks. if Adagio buffs himself, he does extra damage because of his greediness (I think). This is good for harassing in lane and team fights.
- C Ability (Ult): Verse of Judgement
Adagio summons a giant ritual thing (IDK) around him covering vast amount of land. After a few seconds, he does a HUGE AMOUNT of burst damage to enemies in the circle. If the enemy/enemies are burned at that time, and gets hit by the ult, they will also be stunned. This is a team fight changer.
- Build: Alternating Current, Broken myth, Shatterglass, Defense, defense, halcyon chargers. I tend to replace shatterglass with stormcrown to help me farm better, and for snowballing and extra cooldown, but my opinion.
How to Play Him as CP laner: Farm up as usual. Use your heal on minions to either harass enemies from safe distance or clear minions faster. It also regains your energy back. Play safely early game. Then, make your first rotation after the 3rd wave in my opinion, unless you are fighting a koshka (or anything that is strong early game). Rotate on first wave, so your team doesn't lose their first team fight. Either buy more crystal items and attack speed (but i tend to get stormguard for snowballing and wave clear). in your first fight, STAY IN THE BACK LINES. I REPEAT, STAY IN THE BACK LINES. Save your heal and either buff yourself, or ally. I tend to buff ally beacuse Adagio's early game is weak af.
If the enemy tries to target you, HEAL. SAVE HEAL until you get ambushed to half health. Your team should be targeting the ambusher, if you have good team coordination. They should know, ADAGIO IS THE KEY TO TEAM FIGHTS. Then, wipe the team out and yay. Also, I REPEAT, STAY IN THE BACK LINES.
This is my last guide in forever, so bye.
